Everything You Need to Know
Our standard production and delivery time is 2–3 weeks after order confirmation. Delivery schedules may vary depending on the order quantity, customization requirements, and shipping destination.
Every quartz slab is carefully protected with a PET protective film to prevent surface scratches during handling. The slabs are then securely packed on fumigated wooden pallets, ensuring safe transportation and compliance with international export standards.
Each bundle contains 7 quartz slabs, carefully arranged and secured to ensure stability during storage, handling, and transportation. Packaging is designed to minimize the risk of damage during domestic and international shipments.
Currently, we supply Alexandria Calcutta Quartz only in Jumbo and Super Jumbo slab sizes, available in 20 mm and 30 mm thicknesses. We do not offer cut-to-size fabrication, allowing customers the flexibility to fabricate slabs according to their specific project requirements.
